Gtx 260 3dmark Vantage Score... any good?

Hi, my specs are:
Intel quad Q8200 @2.33ghz -- CPU
4gb ddr2 667mhz -- RAM
XFX GTX260 216 cores -- GPU
Hiper 530W -- PSU
ASUS P5N-D Motherboard -- MB
Ok, I started to wonder why games like Red Faction Guerrilla were constantly at 20fps on this system and why 1080p videos lagged. So I installed 3dmark Vantage 2008 to see what that said.
My "overall" score was: P6670
GPU score was: 6372
CPU score was: 7758
Is this good? thanks
I will post results using 3dmark06 in a bit too.
Oh yes, and this was at 1280x1024 resolution, and average settings (Preset = "Performance")
