Intel i3-530 stock cooler good

Is the stock cooler on the intel i3-530 any good as I'd rather not have to buy a separate cooler but I will if the intel one is bad. I don't plan on overclocking the Processor

If you don't plan on overclocking (or only bump it up a little bit) that stock Intel CPU cooler will work fine.

Depends alot on your room temp. Mine runs in the 50c plus range in the summer when overclocked at 3.67, so I run it at stock. If you want to spend $40 on a better cooler with bigger fan, then you can run the fan at lower rpms keeping the noise down.

Thanks for all the replies, noise shouldn't be a problem as my current pc is pretty noisy
