Cm xtreme 500w psu for 5850????

guys ,,
i have a cm xtreme 500w psu . .. i`m planning to build a new core i5-msi p55 gd65- ati 5850 system..... i would like to know whether the psu i own will be sufficient ....i `m working on a very tight budget now...... so wanna keep the cost as low as possible....... that means no fancy 700w psus...... i might be able to change the psu after a year or so.......

You need a minimum of a 500W PSU with two PCI-e connectors, which your PSU doesn't. (COOLER MASTER eXtreme Power Plus RS-500-PCAR-A3 500W ATX12V V2.3 Power Supply, give this is truly your PSU)

You will want something like SeaSonic S12II 520 Bronze 520W or at minimum Antec BP550 Plus 550W Continuous Power ATX12V V2.2 Modular Active PFC Power Supply, which is the best BP made by Antec (the others I wouldn't recommend)
