how can i make my Nvidia quadro 4play transformers the game without pixel shader

What NVIDIA quadro? If U have one of these, NVIDIA Quadro4 280XGL, 380XGL, 550XGL, 500 Go
then you don't have any pixel shader at all.
If you don't, then you may have a lower PS version, not enough for running the game.
The best thing to do is buy a new video card.

But...if U still want to try, there is a program called 3DAnalyze (google it) you can try running your game with it. It uses software emulation (well, sort of...) and U can try and force, skip different PS versions, etc. It does work on some games.
