Can'detect tpm device!!

I have a asus kj 50 laptop with a problem.when it starts it shows "can't detect tpm device and then a black screen .I can' t disable the tpm device from bios .any solutions?

"The TPM Device is optional. If you cannot find the Enable/Disable selection of it, your computer does not have this device. Go to the ASUS Security Protect Manager, and remove this device."

I can't acces the OS,because after "can'detect tpm device" my laptop simply stays like this .I tried to instal a new OS but without succes.
Do I have to upgrade or change BIOS?and if I need to do this what version or what kind of bios is suitable?
Is it possible that this message appears due to a hardware problem?
O, my laptop is Asus K50ij not KJ 50.
