A 5770 alone won't run all the games on the market maxed, but two of them gets a lot closer, especially once you ignore the extreme titles like Crysis, STALKER and Metro 2033.

It really depends on your resolution, though. If you are running 1900x1200 or lower, no problem. Any higher though, and you may not achieve totally maxed out settings and comfortable framerates.

2x5770 is in most ways, very similar in performance to a 5870, which itself can chew through most new games on max settings and decent resolutions.

Thank you. So its better than the 5870 or what? So i should Buy 2? :]

But i will only need it to make BF:BC 2 - Modern Warfare 2 - CS:S
I want High fps and good graphics in all games.

I can go BF:BC 2 with my 9600GT now so ^^

The 5770 is a mainstream card that will run most games at a decent setting. If you are looking to max out games a 5850 or 5870 would be a better option. I always stay away from running 2 cards if possible, there is more room for issues. A single card is the way to go.

Modern Warfare 2 uses the same engine as COD4 and is only DX9. It will run on almost anything. A 5770 will max this game out no problem.

Bad Company 2 is VERY demanding on the CPU and GPU. You can have a 5870, but if your CPU isn't at least a quad core you will have to turn down the settings. I hae a 5870 that I actually had to send back for repair because it was artifacting after it passed 80C. But I was able to play at 1680x1050 with everything maxed in DX11 and got around 60-70 FPS. I am using an 8800GTS as a spare card and I can still run everything on high in DX10 with AA and AF off, and HBOA off. However, Vsync is on and everything on HIGH. BUT! I have an i7 @ 4GHZ, this is what allows it to run well with an older card.

Just get the best single card for your budget.

If you can afford it, I would go for a single 5870- it will perform like 2x5770 without the crossfire issues that tend to pop up. It will also end up using less power and creating less heat.
