Hey do you guys know what is the differnce between the two, other then the Zalman Fan on the GV-N250ZL-1GI

I doubt there is a differance as i would take the ZL on the number to mean Zalman Fan. If you actually gave us links to the cards it would help though ;)

The only difference is the zalman cooler, and the PCB itself is redesigned. Its still go the same clock speeds and stuff. It should be cooler and more power efficient, and possibly overclock better.

if i'm not mistaken the no. 2 GTS250 has lower clock compared to the original GTS250 and the one with zalman cooler is slightly OCed version of GTS250.

Nope- the Zalman version is running at reference stock clock speeds.
