Windows XP PRO won't start up

Hello,
I'm a novice, very much so.
I accidentally shut down computer by pressing the button.
Using F8 key was finally able to get into blue screen and got the following codes after many hours of pointless efforts to fix the problem.

0x00000024 (0x00190203,0x82F50188,0xC0000101,0x00000000)


Problem is: When I turn computer on (Dell Dimension 8200) BIOS Revision A03 it continues cycling ON and OFF (Windows XP PRO) and won't let me do anything that I've tried using information from this website and others.

What should I do to fix this problem?
