Corrupted samsung hardisk

Hello, i want to ask about my hard disk. actually i don;t know what happen to my samsung hardisk. when i open, it said "this disk is not formatted. do u want to format it now? ". n i already format it...then i store back all my data there..then when i open again..it happen the same thing and when i want to backup some data, i can't do that. it says "click error!! data redundancy". n some folder turn to empty folder.
so, i;m very worry because i want all my data back!!1 can u help me..plz
