Quick question about SMART

Hi,

I was looking into my hard drives' heath lately and I was wondering how to interpret the SMART values.

for example, HD tune reads
spin up time as curr:179 worst:171 thres:21

the current value is well over the threshold value of 21 but it still says its "OK"

someone please explain how I interpret these values.
