A couple of months ago the plastic part that supports the prongs of one of my USB ports came out. I didn't realize it until I threw out the piece but the port kept working for a couple of days, then after I tried putting in my mouse, the prongs got bent and it's unusable, is this at all fixable at least replaceable?

For the time, cost and trouble it would take to get a new usb socket, unsolder the old one and solder in the new one, I'd say just go buy a usb hub if you need the socket.
Sorry to be blunt but imo its the best solution
