Bsod with new cpu

I just got a new cpu.. Core 2 Quad Processor Q8200 (bought brand new).

But keep getting a blue screen before windows loads.The main blue screen error is 'Clfs.sys'.

If i use my old processor it works fine.

The bios has been flashed to support core 45nm.

The cpu is not overheating, and the cmos has been reset.

I assume its a custom BIOS to support 45nm cpus?

Also if I remember correctly some Nvidia chipsets for Socket 775 didn't like some 45nm or quad cores.

I'm a bit confused as to what "Test" on that list means.
