High Temperature

I am totally confused....running temperture verfications ....basicly this is what I get for high temps

Using Speed Fan 4.40 I get;
ICH 80 deg c
MCH 47 deg c

Using HCPUID Hardware Monitor I get;
ICH 44 deg c
MHC 80 deg c

Which would be more correct?
How do I lower the high temperature reading?
