The links didn't do much and I'm not sure what you mean by 2600 embedded. It has the graphics' core on the chip yes. If you want to be able to use the on die graphics you will need to buy an " H" series motherboard.

Embedded means it is possible for OEMs to order it on a board... like the Atom CPU. Means nothing for the home builder. If you are asking what are the differences, the 2600 has a new architecture and some new features... but if you already have a motherboard with a 1366 pin socket... then you will have to get the 950. If you are building from scratch, get the 2600. It is clocked higher, has some new instructions and better power management. If you have your heart set on the 950, just remember that the 1366 socket will not be around for much longer since they introduced the Sandybridge and 1155 sockets.
