My question is, what kind of PSU should I get? since my only concern is noise!

Gigabyte GA-MA785GMT-UD2H, AMD Phenom II X3 705e or AMD Athlon II X3 405e, Corsair 2GB DDR3 1333MHz Value Select and a cheaper silent PSU is Rasurbo SilentPower 450W. Or the more expensive Corsair CMPSU-400CX, Nexus Value 430 430W. Maybe an aftermarket CPU fan like Cooler Master Hyper 212 Plus or Scythe Big Shuriken.
