1055t overclocking

i bought my new pc.
mainboard=asus crosshair iv formula
cpu=amd phenom ii x6 1055t
ram=corsair xm3 ddr3 1600mhz 2x2gb
vga=CF 5850
hdd=1 tb wd sata 6gb/s 64 mb cach
psu=750w

my question is:
can i over my 1055t and hit 4 ghz or higher with stock cooler?

Not with the stock cooler, I doubt you'll reach 3.5Ghz on the stock cooler before temps become too high.

why with stock fan?you can buy a good fan and it's better also because your cpu is in less risk.

they use Thermalright Ultra-120 eXtreme CPU cooler with a Enermax Everest fan.
