Most of hard drive space desapeard on windows vista

After reinstaling Windows Vista on my DELL VOSTRO 1720 the harddrive space (c![:)]( ":)")
was gone down from 160 to 19,5 GB.
The other part of the harddrive is'nt to be seen.
My question is: How do I get those 140 GB harddrive space after in my system ?
Pleace help.
