Radeon HD 5750 hdmi port problem

i have a problem with the hdmi on my 5750 i have a HP 27" monitor with a hdmi port.....when i hook up my monitor to the 5750 to the hdmi port the image on the monitor is stretch out and up close... is there a way to fix this problem or is my monitor not big enough to support the image?

This is a common issue with HDMI on graphics cards. If I remember correctly you should be able to fix this issue by going into ATI control panel. If it can't be fixed via there, switch to another out put like DVI or VGA.

yes it is set to max... i have it hook up to dvi but when i hook my monitor to the hdmi port the image doesn't set correctly like it suppose too....

i have went into the ATI control panel and that didn't help either so right now im using DVI
