High freq.noise while The Sims 3 running

Hi, I have a little problem.I dont know, how to describe it but i will try. Today i have reinstalled my pc (win7) and i have installed one game - the sims 3, but when i turn it on the high frequency noise starts. I tryed to find out which part of pc is it comming from and its somewhere between CPU RAM and the upper side of mother board. The interesting thing is, that noise os changing. When the game is loading noise is like one tone, but when something is changing in game the noise is changing too. I dont know what to do, please help. Martin
