4670 or 5570 which one to go for

I need a low cost gaming solution and i came to this conclusion:-
Pentium Dual core e5400
DG41RQ
2GB RAM
GPU is what i am confused about between the 4670 or 5570
PSU will be 450Watts with 18 AMPS at the 12Volts
HP DVD RW SATA 22x
Budget is very low so i could only manage these. AMD is not available or i would have gone for Athlon II X3.BTW i live in Pakistan. So no suggestions from newegg please

Budget is $80 max monitor resolution is 2048x1536

Both cards are not great TBH, and at your resolution of 2048x1536 these cards will not run 3D applications well, HD movies at that resolution is fine. You might be able to pick up a used 4770 or 4830 or 4830 for $30 and it will be miles faster.

Ah I see,

Regardless neither the 5570 or 4670 are suitable cards for gaming, there are a few cards that are 4 years old that are faster! You didn’t say what you wanted the video cards for, if you are just watching HD movies get the cheapest one.

However if you are planning on playing games I wouldn’t recommend anything slower than a 5750/5770/4830/4850 and ideally a 58xx series.

Based on your budget, I would go for the HD 5670. It's performance is roughly 25% on average better than a HD 4670.
