Which of these motherboards?

I have one final choice to make before I order all my parts, which one of these to motherboards should I order (or if you guys think there is a better one, link it)? I am going to use an AMD Phenom II X4 965. The price differences does not really matter between the two, just features and reliability (like there was a recent BIOS update released). The first one has 2 USB 3.0 so that is a feature that is tempting (not super important). The second one does had more PCI slots, but I don't plan on crossfiring anytime soon. And can you tell me how many sata 2.0 cables the first one comes with?

I would have to, but because of my genius skill, a combo deal with the GPU I am going to get makes it $10 cheaper if I went with the 965 ;D And that Mobo has only 1 review.. what if it has freezing problems and stuff!
