Last night I was switching monitors on my computer, as i usually do to watch movies on a bigger lcd screen, and I accidently pushed the dvi cable into the computer at an angle and now my screen is a tint purple color. I wiggled the wires a bit and it to started to blink back to normal but then immediately turned back to the tint purple and now when i wiggle it, it doesnt even blink from normal to purple anymore. I then switched back to the other monitor to see if it was the monitor but had the same problem. So that eliminated my monitors being the problem. What i want to know is, is it the dvi adapter/vga cable that i need to replace? Or is it a bigger problem, such as my nvidia 7950x2 graphics card?
