I just love my Canon i850

I just wanted to post how impressed I am with my Canon i850. I have had it for several weeks now and I just love it. It prints so fast I have to sometimes remind myself that it isn't a laser. I also love the borderless printing. I printed a picture off a photo CD I got back after developing photos and compared it to the photo. I couldn't tell which one was from the printer and which was from Kodak without looking on the back.

Anyway, I love printing photos and not trimming them. So you can get a true 8.5x11" photo instead of 8x10.5 after trimming off the borders. I would recommend this printer to anyone, both for photo printing and for every day use. Compared to HP, it is faster, has cheaper ink, does borderless printing, has great drivers, and I don't think you could get noticeably better photo prints from any other printer. (They may be better, but you would almost need a magnifying glass to tell)

I just saw so many posts about HP printers so I thought that I would give Canon more recognition. I know that you can't judge durability from only 6 weeks, but if you get any new printer from any company, you can only hope that it has good durability. A company's past record is a good indication, but IBM was known for good hard drives also until the GXP60.
