Foxconn g31mx-k problem?

Hi

I ordered a hd4870 gpu a few days ago. However, when i go to the foxconn website it says 'compatibility VGA for g31mx-k' i dont see the hd4870 anywhere. Is this just because it's maybe an old board or will the card not work?

Separate video cards aren't listed, only onboard video specs. Your video card may work fine if your power supply has the necessary connectors and wattage, and 12v rails to support it.
