Wants similiar 800$ gaming rig

Hello,
I am looking at http://www.ibuypower.com/Store/Special-B with the phenom instead of the athlon and with a 19" monitor added my price would be 850$ after shipping. I've heard you can custom build one cheaper but have no clue how to make sure what parts are compatible. If some1 could make one like this one I just mentioned I would be pretty happy. Just looking to play wow at medium-high settings with a similiar or cheaper price range. thanks

  1. Oww i have several issues with that ibuypower config

    1. Fresh build on DDR2 RAM/platform? Sounds to me someone's trying to dump outdated hardware on buyers lol
    2. "600W SLI capable" PSU - i have seen crap PSU with such wild claims - best get an 80+ certified PSU!
    3. All in all $850 with 19" LCD and all u get is an AthonII X2, 320GB and some outdated DDR2 800? Way way overpriced if u ask me!
100% you can get something of similar/better performance, on DDR3 platform for far far cheaper! Here is something i do up for peeps who look for me ...where i'm at i am known as the Fatcat rigs dude cos i speacilise in SFF/mATX DIY PCs :P If you are totally against it just swap out case for an ATX ^^ $556 AR including ship
  2. Thanks for a reply as I know hardly anything about hardware pc wise. I will check both of the builds out
