Quad Core & psu

hello guys...
i have a VIP 4oo watt SMPS & my specs r as below
intel Q8300
transcend 2GB DDR2 800Mhz ram
Asus P5KPL-AM/PS Mobo
Palit Geforce 9400GT
WD 320 GB HDD
Sony DVD RW

i don't have any extra case fans in my cabinet and using stock intel heatsink

so, for my system does a 400 w SMPS enough?

Yes it will. Your system should be around 200W or less under a full load.

And fans do not pull that much power anyway. One 12 volt amp will power 3 or 4 fans.

For a general purpose or entertainment PC it's in good shape.
For a gaming PC it's a bit too low in video card performance.
