Pci network adapter slow Tags: New Build Device Manager PCI Gigabyte Systems Last response: May 21, 2010 9:07 PM in Systems Share jbjarko May 8, 2010 7:11:08 PM My network adapter, GIGABYTE PCI G is insanely slow. I updated the drivers to what I believe to be the latest. The driver info in device manager has a date of 2009 though. My laptop is blazing fast sitting right next to the PC. Should I just upgrade to a USB adapter? More about : pci network adapter slow Alvin Smith May 21, 2010 9:07:53 PM You definately do want GIGABIT ethernet (not to be confused with "GIGA*BYTE*"). This will have "10/100/1000 Base-T" (or just "1000 Base-T") in the specification. = Al = Can't find your answer ? Ask !
