BOISTAR A780L3G Ver. 6.x --> I can't enter the Bios. I get as far as the "Biostar screen with some f3/f4 options for unlockKING <tab> for text <Del> to enter bios" but none of those keys do anything. Read manual, jumpers set right, psu to 115, fans and indicators work, power supply plugs inserted, RAM seated properly, correct RAM speed (Patriot Extreme Performance Sector 5 G Series 4GB DDR3-1333 (PC3-10666) Enhanced Latency Dual Channel Desktop Memory Kit (Two 2GB Memory Modules))*, heat sink is firmly attatched, not using a separate vga.
*Based on the memory support listed, it was impossible to find an exact ddr3 match at microcenter!!! so i picked something similar to what is reccommended on the crucial sight.

Can you try using a different keyboard? Maybe a PS2 one instead of a USB.

Thank you for your quick reply house70. I did try different keyboards, but it was the mem-sticks that were the problem. Based on the Biostar memory support listed, it was impossible to find an exact ddr3 match at microcenter!! I could only find matches in triple channel OCZ or Corsair kits which would have left me with an extra. I ended up exchanging the Patriot 1333s (so tempting because of a 30.00 rebate) for two "Crucial 2GB 240-pin DIMM DDR3-1066 PC3-8500 Unbuffered Non-ECC Desktop Memory module" that were recommended on crucials sight. Everything flies now.
