Can F E A R 2 run on intel GMA 4500 GRAPHICS

Hello,
I have bought a new notebook ASUS with 14" HD (LED) display, 320 GB HDD, Core 2 Duo T6600 2.2 GHz, 4 GB RAM, and an Windows 7 Ultimate 32-bit OS, hopefully I would be upgrading it soon so I could use my RAM to it's full potential, and a very dissapointing INTEL Int. GMA 4500 Gfx Apparently I got to advance through a few good games such as Prototype, Prince of Persia Ghost of the Past and Devil May Cry 4 by pulling down all of the graphics. Still it lags! However, I guess there's something to do with the V. Sync. Since it is a notebook, and not a PC, I am stuck with THIS. Can anyone help me with this?

no, it has to do with the GMA 4500 being a piece of junk for gaming
