Need new motherboard and case

I need some recommendations for a new case and motherboard:
Motherboard: For intel i5, prefferably with usb 3.0, able to cross fire. $250 and under
Case: Prefferably whit window, and being good cable management, high air flow $200 and under

A good motherboard is the ASUS P7P55D-E Deluxe for $249.99 or Gigabyte P55A-UD7 which costs $250 after $30 rebate.

As for the case, how about the HAF 932, Raven RV02 or Cooler Master CM 690 II Advanced?
