Class action suit/sony pc?

my 18 month old, all in one sony pc crashed,. motherboard and electrical system out beyond help was told by technitian. did not have extended warrenty because had sonys before.
model (vgc-js210j/bc)

sony does not even answer my letters.
send letters to president: howard stringer, vp: rintaro miyoshi, stuart redsun and hr: ed cotter.
please help get answer.
