Antec Earthwatts 650 fan clicking - problem?

I build this PC about a month ago and I've noticed that the fan on the power supply is clicking. It sounds like plastic tapping plastic and it happens continuously. I have noticed it before, but this was the first time I'm asking about it. I couldn't tell you when it started. If anyone has any tips on how to fix it or if it's a problem, please reply.

My specs:

Phenom II 955
gigabyte ga-790xta-ud4
Sapphire 5770
Samsung spinpoint fe 500gb
Rosewill destroyer case
cd/dvd burner (can't remember name)
Antec Earthwatts 650
2x2gb G.skill ripjaws

Edit: I'd just like to add some more information. I've never had a problem with stability, no random crashes or BSoDs. Everything seems to be running fine. Could it just be a bad bearing on the fan or something like that?

It is probably a bad bearing. RMA it ... it sucks but it's just the way it is.

It sounds to me that something might be touching the fan.
Check to see if the fan moves freely. Check to see if a cable might be intruding into the fan.

But be aware that opening up the PSU will void the warranty and if the cause is not simple mechanical interference, you will not be able to return the PSU.

If it's under warranty, RMA it.
