Hi guys,
At the moment I have this: CORSAIR DOMINATOR 12GB (6 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Triple Channel Kit Desktop Memory Model TR3X6G1600C8D
And now Im looking at this: G.SKILL Ripjaws Series 24GB (6 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory Model F3-12800CL9T2-24GBRL
Please help me out. Thanks
This will be mainly used for video editing. Thanks

So can I use the Gskill 24GB set and would I see a difference in rendering?

Depends on what you're rendering and if the 'Used Physical RAM' is always breaching 75~80%+ then yep time for a 24GB kit.

Q - Why are you going from Corsair to G.SKILL?

Why not the CMP24GX3M6A1600C9? or the cheapest F3-10666CL9T2-24GBRL? The Corsair will save 10~15+ minutes on a 4 hour rendering.

WOw! if 10-15 minutes on a 4Hour render. Ill stick with the 12gb dominators. Thanks
