I saw this deal while browsing slickdeals -> Corsair 4GB (2x2gb) DDR3 1600MHz CMX4GX3M2A1600C9 $25AR at fry's electronics. However this deal doesn't seem to be garnering much attention - despite being posted a few times. This feels like a pretty good bargin. Could the kind folks here enlighten me as to why it is not? So far as I know Corsair is pretty good about rebates.

This runs at 1.65V with timings at 9-9-9-24 and speed at DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800).

Not bad, but for $3 more before rebate, you can get 8 gb at 1333 from newegg (before a $20 rebate), which will probably run at 1600 with the right bios settings. Newegg has a fifteen percent discount on most of it's ram right now on top of the rebates.
