hey all, ive recently built a new computer consisting of the following parts:

antec 900 case
corsair tx750 watt power supply
gigabyte ga p55 usb3 motherboard
gskill ripjaws 4gb ddr3 1600mhz ram
bfg geoforce 210 512mb graphics card
western digital 640 gb harddrive
hyper 212 plus cpu cooler and heatsink
i5 750 processor
asus dvd burner

The problem is that once i plug in the power supply into the outlet and turn on the computer, the lights and fans turn on and spin, but turns right off after about 2 seconds in a continuous cycle until i turn off the power supply. I know that the psu works because i used the paper clip test and it spins, so the prime suspects are either the cpu, mobo, gpu, or ram. However, the motherboard LED phase lights are on whenever i turn on the computer. Is this a sign of something? There are also no beeps whatsoever, even when i take out the ram. I also dont have a monitor at the moment so i cannot see if the system will post or not, but seeing that the computer doesnt even turn on properly, i dont think that it would display anything anyway. I have no clue what is going on with my computer, and all your help is greatly appreciated.
Thanks
