How do I transfer audio via Protected Audio Path to decode on an external device. I have a powercolor 5770 running on win7-64 ultimate. When I open the sound device manager the ATI hdmi driver says not hdcp enabled and I'm not given any options other than a two speaker system...no 7.1 or 5.1...therefore no audio playback of dvd (regular or bluray).

The other end of your HDMI link must be HDMI/HDCP compliant such as an HDCP compliant LCD screen, HDTV, or Receiver.

Update your drivers. Its not needed when running materials with copyright protection.

The computer was plugged into the hdmi cable that is usually plugged into the PS3. There is no trouble playing BluRay discs from the PS3. Thanks for your time.
