Deleting middle partition = mess in letters?

will deleting d partition make windows mess the lettering of the partitions that follow, ie. e becomes d, f becomes e, etc?

Use disk management to change the drive letter.

When you use the disk management to manually change a drive letter Windows will not automatically change it.

The trick can be getting everything back the way you want it; it can take some juggling
