System hangs

Hello,
when playing WoT or Lotro my system hangs or what i call an 'epileptic' episode and causes my system...XPsp3 tobring up the 'sorry but WoT or Lotro client has encountered a pro and will have to close...send report?...which i do but its getting worse...the sound stutters for 20 or more seconds then everythings fine for awhile

Install the latest sound and video drivers. If that does not help run a memory test using something like Memtest86.
