Power on, two beeps, black screen. CMOS error?

Hey

As the title suggests, when I boot my PC it goes from the MSI logo to a black screen. While doing so it beeps twice. Any ideas on how to fix this? Anything at all would be very appreciated

After loading bios with fail safe default it has changed to one beep but still a black screen
