Logitech MOMO Force (Mod Advice)

I am a c-5 quadriplegic resulting from a spinal cord injury. I want to use this wheel (Logitech MOMO Force) for PC auto racing games. Currently I’m using a joystick and voice commands.

Because my legs are paralysed, I will be unable to use the pedal set. I can use my hands however I can not grip or squeeze anything. I will be able to place my hands on the wheel with enough pressure to turn it.

I need to mod the wheel somehow so my hands can activate the gas and brake. So, I need something that operates like the supplied pedal set but that can be right under the palms of my hands.
