Last week, i too had faced the same problem and used the SD card recovery software to recover corrupted sd card and got back my data. You can also download and check the recovery results on the site given below:
Do you have a card Reader?
In you case, you could try to connect this SD card to your computer with a card Reader and see whether it could recognized functionally there.
If this SD card could be read well, you'd better back up all your saved data inside it on another drive or storage device and format it to fix its problems. Finally, plunge it to your Android phone and check it again.
But, if this card cannot be read normally and get the same problems, you'd better use a SD card data recovery freeware to restore your saved data back and then replace it with a new one.
Here is a SD card data recovery freeware that could be a good choice to go: http://blog4mark.blogspot.com/2012/12/sd-card-recovery....
Remember: Always back up everything important on different storage devices or locations.
You know Android phone also use Memory SD card to store the file, there is no need to use android photo recovery tool, just common recovery tool can solve your problem, In fact, none of the files have been deleted. Formatting simply marks all of the space on the card as available. When new files are saved to the SD card, the old data gets overwritten with the new content.
You can take out sd card from android phone, and then connect SD card to computer with a usb card reader, or insert the SD card to computer card reader slot (if there's any on your computer), you can then try to read the card. If not, you can use memory card data recovery program, take a look at this memory card recovery blog which is very useful http://www.memorycardrecoveryblog.blogspot.com/2013/05/...
