Install one ATI and one nVIDIA for PhysX

Hello,
I want your advice about installing two gfx cards one ATI and one NVIDIA for PhysX

- Is there any problem or driver conflicts doing this on Win 7 64bit ?
- Can I play Batman Arkham Asylum with PhysX and and smooth game play ?
- is Geforce 9400 is enough for PhysX
- We have new ATI brands called Vertex, what do you think about it and is it better than XFX ?

Appreciate answer and advices for my previous questions.

1. Sorta. You have to use modded drivers I think

4. I haven't heard of Vertex but XFX is still really good regardless.
