Hi everyone, Which would be better to get 2x HD5770 at x8 or 1x HD5850 at obviously x16, becuase I can get 2 5770 for the same price as 1 5850

Mind you I have the Raidmax RX-730SS if heard that the PSU underperforms but will it be able to run 2x 5770?

You'll be just fine with that PSU.

It depends on whether or not you'll upgrade later. The usual situation is to buy single-powerful card and crossfire later.

An HD5770CF is the same performance as an HD5870.

Get the 5850 and overclock it

I think you'll like either option. You might want to get at least 850 Watt PSU for the crossfire option. Having two 5770's would be pretty awesome though!

You'll be fine with a 550W for Crossfire...each 5770 won't use more than 110 watts...
