Antec Sonata case fan

Hello, I just replaced a motherboard inside my Antec Sonata case. I've attached the case fan to one of the spare molex connectors, but the fan doesn't run. The PSU is not original so does not have a "Fan Only" connector, so this fan should be running all the time right?

Yes; it should be running.

Sometimes one of the molex wires works loose. You might want to check them closely.

The connection is tight. Is there any other reason this fan isn't running? It's pretty cold here in my basement. Maybe there is a sensor and it's not hot enough?
