Win xp sp2

I was using win xp sp2, there is two users and one administrator account now there is the problem unexpectedly disable the administrator's account, now I can't modify any system settings by the user account please clarify how to enable the administrator's account?

You can enter by user and try to change the password or the account of administrator
if u enter by user can you see the administrator in user account ?

You can't do anything unless you have another admin account to use. Usually admin accounts are disabled on purpose for security reasons, usually on corporate computers, therefore this site can't give out info on how to hack into the account.
