APPROXIMATE PURCHASE DATE: this month BUDGET RANGE: 350-470) Before / After Rebates

SYSTEM USAGE FROM MOST TO LEAST IMPORTANT: gaming, surfing the internet, watching movies

PARTS NOT REQUIRED: Casing, Power supply, keyboard, mouse, monitor, speakers, cd or dvd drives and OS

PREFERRED WEBSITE(S) FOR PARTS:, -- to show us selection & pricing

PARTS PREFERENCES: I would like to use an Asus or gigabyte mobo.

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS: ( I need 100 gaming pc for interet gaming cafe use )
1. Cheapest gaming build, Bang for the buck gaming build.
2. Durable parts for heavy use like 15 to 20 hours a day.
3. Less Electricity consumption.
4. The build should be cool ex. Before i build a amd 7850 kuma paired it with asus mobo it is so hot running more than 100 units easily make the room temperature hot, I don’t want to happened it again. This is my seventh internet gaming cafe build.
5. Motherboard that can withstand frequent brownouts, cause in my country brown out happens almost everyday.

To all of you guys please give the best gaming build for this kind of preferences any help would be much appreciated. Here are some of the builds that i search on the net..... thanks in advance...
