Lucy is OK I guess, but I'm still a Claudia Black loyalist for the
"on-screen" Lara.

With AJ having been "the chosen one" now, I suppose it's a mute question,
but my heart is hopelessly owned by Claudia...

<sigh>

"So vote for "CB" as Lara!"

(And no...not a certain *Kiwi* who goes by the handle of CB of
course...although that might be err...interesting...)

<Pinging New Zealand! CB where the devil have you gotten off to?>

"Dum Dee Doo!" ;-D

------
(parenthetical information)

For those who might be wondering what on *earth* I'm talking about:

"CB" = Claudia Black

CB = "Cookie Bear", a friendly fellow who used to post here from down New
Zealand way.

"Dum Dee Doo!" is from yet *another* cookie bear-- the Griffin's cookie
bear...

The *Griffin's* cookie bear kicks ass!

He Rules!

lol There there BB.., it's okay.., Lara is still Lara.., seems no matter
who portrays her on-screen eh? AJ wouldn't freak (although her accountant
might) if another actor was chosen as Lara's on-screen human. I originally
felt Claudia would be the right /human/ LC, but AJ did her justice in my
mind nonetheless.

Already have. :p

Pronounced "Kooky Bear" by the way (he told me so himself long ago!). ;)

Is that phrase ^^ like Forest Gump's "Stupid is as stupid does" ?! ;)
(nothing implied there, I just have *no* idea what you're on about with it
and it's just what popped into my naive brain on the third time /reading/
it). :)

Hmmm....

To post now, or wait until evening....

I have a reputation to upohold in certain circles. (Not here)

I am purported to be one of those people who professes amazement that people
actually get out of bed before 12 noon. :-D

People *do* that?

I mean I get my job done regardless of *when* I report to work, but
managers seem have this hang-up about people being "punctual".
I'm not sure what the words "punctual" or "tardy" word mean, but I think it
has something to do with me arriving at my place of employment when other
people do-- usually in something called "the morning"-- specifically, at
the obscene hour of 7:30 am...

Sometimes the *sun* isn't even out yet!

Yes, *obscene* isn't! If god had wanted man to get up before the sun is
even out then he would have....

Well OK, you get the idea. :)

As for the Griffin's cookie bear, you did you click on his link? Pretty
cool eh?

The cookie bear *Jams*!

He Rules!

For some reason I really like the cookie bear-- don't know why... Maybe
it's his philosophy of life.

"Have fun and enjoy life-- Eats lots & lots of *cookies*!"

Maybe it's just his polka-dot bow tie. Have you ever tried finding a red &
white polka dot bow tie?

Ever tried wearing a red & white polka dot bow tie to work and 7:30 in the
morning?

People look at you strange. They just don't understand about the Griffin's
cookie bear, or lounging around in bed until 12 noon eating lots & lots of
cookies. :)

Maybe it's his attitude. "Dum dee doo!"

Reminds me of Kurt Vonnegut. In one novel Vonnegut (or the narrator of the
novel) finds himself President of the United States. He got elected on the
platform of: "Hi Ho! or Lonesome No More!"

(In a future America, everyone has a friend or buddy based on the government
dividing people up into groups based on flowers. It's a little less lame
than the zodiac.)

"So you're a daisy? Hey! So am I! We have something in common!"

Anyway, enough of the literary drivel. I'm reading a book now by Morgan
Llywelyn & Michael Scott called "Etruscans". Excellent read, the cover art
is by Boris Vallejo. He and Julie are excellent "artists". If not familiar
with their work, then I'm sure you've probably seen it.

Check them out and even $upport them at:

As for how you pronounce "A's" handle........Hmmmm he never told me that,
but maybe it has something to do with that manly *Australian* accent!! :-D

Hee hee! Yes, I'm deliberately trolling him-- if he reads that I'm
associating him with *Australians*, then as a Kiwi, he is bound to have to
come over here and box me on the ears or something. :)

"Dum dee doo! Have fun & enjoy life!"

(And save those poor sea turtles! Don't make them into soup!)
