Looking for an SSD to replace my HDD

Hey guys, im in the market for a an SSD and need to know if they are at a good buying point in the timeframe on today. I need something with higher capacity than 160GB since thats what my computer uses for windows and all my games as of now. I need it to be of reputable brand too, ie: corsair, ocz, crucial, kingston, etc. the speed of it isnt too big a deal since the leap from HDD to SSD will be a sufficient speed boost to my liking. Also, the price point is crucial! it need to be below $200, preferably around the $150-$170 mark. I can also do RAID so if you guys find a two hard drive combo that fits the bill, then great!
