WIN XP home cant boot normally

Hello,
i want ask i cant start win xp home normally the system allways restart whith no BS first i try format my old hdd but i find its faulty so cut the bad sectors away and try it again but i end on the same problem system restart herself so i bought new hdd instal win and again the same problem i can start a safe mode i instal every posible drivers run check disk evrything seems fine but the win refuse boot normaly

You might have a memory problem, so test it with a utility such as Memtest86.
