XFX GF8600GTS 512MB Dual DVI

Hello,
Is it possible to display on two monitors via the XFX GF8600GTS 512MB Dual DVI card; one directly via DVI output and the other via DVI to DSub converter AT THE SAME TIME? I have read that both outputs MUST be the same eg, if going via a converter for on eoutput BOTH DVI outputs need to have DVI to Dsub converters. You cannot get a picture if going via DVI AND DVI-DSUB converter at the same time.

Also I've read that going DVI-HDTV converter can render the second DVI output unusable.

Yes you can display to two monitors at the same time with what ever adapters you need to match the monitor input.
